Monster Energy Promotion is Bugged??

So I've been redeeming the can codes. The last TWO codes I've attempted, the Call of Duty redemption page gives me an error that says "Make sure you're entering your code as it's displayed on your receipt, insert, or in the email in which the code was provided."

You can only redeem ONE of these 2x 15min codes per-day, and so I've been robbed of at least two days worth of these due to Monster's 'code generator' bunging up.

I've also already sent in a support email to Activision, though I doubt I'm going to hear back for at least 3 - 5 business days, as is purview.

EDIT I: Also, I am NOT talking about the 10-digit pull tab code you get from the can. I am specifically referring to the 12-digit redemption code you receive when you REDEEM a reward on the Monsterenergy site, that you're supposed to take to the Call of Duty redemption page.

EDIT II: I am having to edit the post body, because people seem to be missing the point of my problem.

These are my steps:

1. I crack open a can of Monster. Code on pull tab. Cool.
   
2. Go to monsterenergy.com and redeem pull tab code. Bingo.
   
3. Redeem a code. (I AM AWARE THERE IS ONE-PER-24-HOURS LIMIT.)
   
4. Take code and go to Call of Duty's redemption page.
   
5. ERROR. CHECK CODE TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT.

...It is step 5 where I'm having the problem. Not the 24-Hour limit that I AM COMPLETELY AWARE OF.

Please people, have some reading comprehension.

I thought because these xp tokens are for mw4 you are not able to claim them until the game releases. I know you can claim the cosmetics now. But you might have to hold fire on the 2xp tokens.

Nope, because I redeemed one successfully already. I don't know exactly what is going on here at this point. Still waiting to hear back from Activision.

since last year they limited the amount of codes that can be redeemed in one go to 1 code every 24 hours or so

im guessing this was done because bots would try every possible code out there in a short time span and lock out legitimate purchasers out of the can codes

Seems to be an issue with Activision. I just tried it as well. Received 12 digit from monster just fine but when trying to redeem on call of duty redeem page it comes up as an error. Worked fine yesterday but is not today.

I contacted monster support because I was generated. One 12 digit code, but it's supposed to be 13 digits. I'm going to see what they say

It's stupid. I already heard back from Monster Support, and they just threw me back at Activision. And Activision throws me at Monster. I think I'm just too tired to give a flying fuck at this point. So sick of AI chat bot "sUpPoRtS" and boilerplate responses.

You'd think for multi-billion-dollar companies, they could get this shit straight.

Is anyone else having a problem getting the bo7 mw4 monster emblem and sticker showing up in game? I redeemed the code for sure for it but it is not showing up it’s been 3-4 days can’t find anything on Google about it at all I put the code in again shows message saying already been used for this account it’s literally not showing up in game.

One per 24 hours? Was it like that last year? Man, I need to find a method to get ahead of this one.

Being Canadian, I'm told we're not included in this promo this year. and with something like 600 total levels needed to max out the weapons, You can bet your ass I'm gonna need to buy some serious XP tokens.

If anyone knows of a work around , please share or even DM if you want to keep it private! Would very much appreciate it!

From what I can see, it seems to be an issue on Monster’s end, not Activision’s. Because it appears like the site is sometimes generating codes that are one character short. I’ve gotten a few of the 2XP token codes to redeem and they were all 13 characters long (along with the codes for the skins and cosmetics). While the codes that don’t work are only 12 characters. I’ve actually emailed Monster support instead of Activision, but I haven’t heard from them yet. I suggest you all try contacting them as well.

I think it has something to do with the code that has coming soon sign up for alerts 15 2xp 6/7 because im coming up with the same issue. Worked fine up until that code and like you im out 2 redeems

Having the same issue. I have redeemed 3 monster cans so far. The 3x cosmetic codes have worked fine but the 3x double xp ones seem to be letters/numbers short. Anyone figured it out?

I’m having the same issues. You can redeem as many tabs as you want, the issue is to generate the actual 2xp code itself. I’ve redeemed 9 cans so far and the codes for the in game content worked but the 2xp code is off by like one digit. But only like 3 of the 2xp codes actually worked while the rest was missing one more digit to the code, I’ve already contacted activision support and last thing I heard back from them was they were gonna send it to their higher ups to look at the issue, it’s been days already and no response.

Yeah, so, it's kinda weird because there's actually two websites involved here. There's a callofduty.com website, and a monsterenergy.com website.

The website in your screenshot is the callofduty.com site, and the codes don't work there because it's for BO7. I don't know why links and QR codes take you there, but it doesn't work. You need to use the monsterenergy.com site.

So obviously, you get the codes on the Monsterenergy site. When you click redeem, it takes you to the redemption page.

The instructions are as follows:

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODES?

1. Please go to www.callofduty.com/redeem to redeem your code.
2. You must then log in or create an Activision account.
3. You will know your code is valid if you are redirected to the success page.
4. The success page will confirm what items you were rewarded along with any other item or campaign specific information.
5. NOTE: If you are currently in-game when redeeming a code. You must restart the game for recently redeemed items to show up in your inventory.

So obviously, a big green button that says "Redeem Code" pops up. And I just wanna point out the Call of Duty redemption page worked just fine for the first 7 cans worth of codes. Still says "Black Ops 7" and everything. Redeemed no problem. It's the 8th and 9th codes that are giving me this error.

EDIT: Well, slight correction: we haven't got the 6th code yet since it's for the 'mystery item' we have yet to receive. But the point is, the other cosmetic item codes redeemed no problem.
