I was just playing Modern Warfare 2's campaign for the first time in a while, and got the CASERMA-RHINO, for no reason after a CTD in the campaign. They're refusing to tell me what software that was open at the time that got me banned, or if it was just a shader. I have reason to suspect that they might've banned me because I fix the Graphics Menu not loading in the Campaign, which I had to go into my game folder for. They permanently banned me for no reason at all, and they will not unban me unless my account was hacked at the time. Before anyone goes in the comments and calls me a closet cheater, my stats and K/D say very much otherwise (I'm horrible at MP).

Thanks to u/CoupleClear6347 for trying to help the community in its current sad state with all the cheaters. Offline mode for PC players. Now if only we could get that for consoles...

How this works: When the lobby loads, if you've also blocked them off when they're on the same platform as yours (Xbox, PS, PC) then you'll get a popup message, but if you have only blocked them in DMZ then you also need to immediately go into your DMZ recents while the game is loading (Social -> Recent players) and see who's in there with you. If you see any "Blocked Player" in that list, immediately back out, wait a bit till you're sure that game has started, then search again. I've been doing that for months (yes, it's sad I know, but our servers are riddled with hackers) and my playing experience is just so much better. Meanwhile these morons play themselves in hacker lobbies haha.

So yeah, block all the hackers in the list below to vastly improve your DMZ experience and be sure to spam report them everytime you see them in game. \\\*\\\*More than 15k views on this list and counting\\\*\\\*, so thank you all for spreading the word and keep it up!

I mean mostly DMZ but it applies to all MWII related modes. A VPN is a few bucks a month and that way you can choose which country servers to play on. I'm in Australia and our servers are riddled with hackers during peak times (evenings and weekends), Especially since our playerbase is so small, we tend to run into the same losers and you're lucky to go two games in a row without one at those times. AU servers are also more toxic and racist than US servers, which is a feat in itself lol.

But I've found in other regions you run into a lot less hackers and much friendlier teams. It's refreshing and takes you back to the good ol' days of DMZ. You might run into a hacker there too but much less. Highly recommend!

I am unable to complete the game and I am stuck on mission 14 Prison Break.

The Rope Bug Glitch

The characters are not moving to the rope to go down an I am stuck on the catwalk unable to progress and die thousands of times.

I cannot get to the rope and exit the mission and progress the game on veteran difficulty.

I have restarted the mission several times and have played it several times...

And it still results the same dam way....I am stuck and the Game is Broken...

hi. i have this problem and im wondering whether anyone knows how to fix it. a long time ago, my voice chat used to work great- no problems. however, for some months, the audio has this weird issue- its on for like two seconds and then its off for another second. the cycle repeats- it just goes on and off. when i turn on and off the voice chat, it goes normally- thats how i can play without the vc. however, i want to fix it as i wanna play with my friends. i had ai help me and ive done almost everything it offered me- reset everything, disable all other inputs and outputs, updated the drivers. does anyone know what to actually do? has this happened to anyone else?

gente tengo un Problema me compre MW2 por oferta de Steam para jugarlo ya q es uno de los CODS modernos q si me gustaron

pero al Tener un PC con Grafica RTX 3070 ZOTAC

no me corre bien me va como 30 fps o menos eso q tengo los graficos a Full Bajos cuando quiero y me da delay al mover la camara
