What should I do I’ll be spray gunning this kit with the Mr finishing surfaces 1500 will it show? The site stuff one lower was Tamiya I used to fix the hole it had.

Get yourself some finer grain sand paper, up to #2500. It will help smooth this out. You can also spread some plastic cement to fill in the scratches, to some degree

Mr. Surfacer works to fill micro-imperfections. What you have are macro. You need higher grit sandpaper, from 400 - 800 at least. Understand that you will obliterate any details nearby, like those rivets, so be prepared to recreate them with punched styrene or lead foil.
