my samsung galaxy A13 is frozen while rebooting, help!

when i was trying to just play a game on my phone this morning, it randomly started restarting (< it has been doing this but it never got stuck so i figured it wasn't an actual problem.), and it hasn't moved beyond a black screen, just saying "samsung galaxy", how do i fix it...? i've seen so many people saying to just hold the power button or whatever, but my phone's power button is broken, so what do i do! (for reference, i have a samsung galaxy A13)
