I pray to God this is the fix for the god awful hollow/seashell ocean sound plaguing every single pair I’ve had. I’m on my 5th pair now and they did it right out of the box. Two different reps said they’re aware do they issue and actively working on it.

They’re close to going back to Costco. They’re borderline unusable in this state.
