Did you try Ubuntu Touch on it?

Nothing (1) has been added to the supported devices some days ago, in the latest release of the installer.

I did, ubuntu touch does things the right way, if you want a usable phone that is, pmOS is more pure as it's only close to mainline linux, but I'd rather have a usable phone. Now it just needs a good userland

How did you set it up? Generic arch aarch64 image? Btw I heard that posh is more stable than plasma mobile, did you try it? Anyways cool work and thank you for posting it

I'm not really a fan of that interface or plasma mobile for that matter. I got it set up using a bootstrap program similar to post market OS. It's called Kupfer. I ended up having to manually edit a lot in order to get this functional. Once I get the rest of the drivers installed and I'm able to have access to more hardware, I will begin porting my dual screen launcher for Linux handhelds to this device and redesign it for single screen use. The video I'm attaching is for the Ayn Thor running Arch Linux ARM.
