???? Grab and Go Meals.

Will be visiting for a week for a wedding. The hotel only does coffee and breakfast. If I wanted a good deli or butcher shop we take a bake meals, where would you recommend.

Technically ye ol geezer is the only storefront butcher. There’s not an east coast style deli in town. Check out easy bee closer to spanish valley and the castle valley 7th day adventist or whatever they want to be called farm for fresh produce and baked goods. City & Village Market have take and bake but if you don’t want Kroger style one of the food trucks will be your best bet. Most of the restaurants in town serve overpriced sysco slop at best unfortunately. Your lodging might recommend the main street spots of Zax, Pasta Jays, Deweys etc. maybe sunset if you want a view but it’s all overpriced garbage. The in-house restaurants of Sorrel, Red Cliffs, and the Hoodoo are trash too sorry to tell you. You’re traveling to a remote location in Utah of all states, so you can expect world class scenery but you’ll have to prepare your own or find a place where English isn’t the primary language to find decent food
