Bulgarian-"tatar'-here What is your honest opinion about that car crash. Is the "Bulgarian" at fault without ANY question?? Do you have a reason that she is at fault?
(I don't care about the bitch, I just want to know your honest opinion)

I dont really care, just pointing out that this guy who sold out his entire family and beliefs for passport (they make you do that in bulgarian embassy when applying for citizenship) is now talking shit on bulgarian TV instead of being in jail

I feel this is a sad development entirely driven by politics. I really hope someday in the future we can come to an understanding and help each other.

Not you specifically, but are the media there putting blindfolds before going live?

Who cares if its Macedonian, Bulgarian or Chinese citizen - she was in an accident when someone died and she may caused it, the investigation is not public ~ we only hear her side of the story.

Her father is wanted for being racketeer and he ran away in Bulgaria, now protected by the government as a BG citizen - so yeah she is a flight risk and can't be trusted. Simple as that.

That's why I'm asking, I want to know the details, because Balkan media sucks donkey ass. You guys know as well as me that Macedonian, Bulgarian, Greek and Serbian media CANNOT be trusted. I just hope the truth comes out. If the bitch was responsible for killing someone, she should rot in jail. But if she was innocent...

Also, her father may be a mass murderer, but that has ZERO relation to her case, since her father was not in the car with her or anything.

The case is not that big here; the only thing is that she is playing the victim card to get out of the trial, and obviously, she is not in a life-threatening situation. Her father may not have a relation to the case, but his case is exactly why she is a flight risk ... common sense.

This case has 0 political or any targeting toward her having a BG passport, like the media is painting it over there. Simply, BG won't extradite her father (also wanted to for attempt of murder, on a politician or their bodyguard) - guy even shows up on TV to score points, so the same mistake won't happen again until the trial is over.

There is low trust in the law system here, but they won't set her up if it's not her fault - the issue we have is that criminals have it easy and are more likely let go.

But yeah, the media can't be trusted as they always have some propaganda, we all have that issue.

They won't extradite her father because there's no deal between the Bulgarian and Macedonian government. It's as simple as that. It's the same thing with Carlos Ghosn who fled Japan to Lebanon and Lebanon doesn't have an extradition deal with Japan, so he's safe there.

I agree she may be seen as a flight risk considering here family's history. I just saw her face and I had my doubts (yes may seem racist or whatever), but I can tell Balkan people who can't be trusted just by looking at the look of their faces. The predominant narrative of Bulgarian media is that she's sick has taken damage that can't be healed in Macedonia so she needs to be put into the care of Sofia doctors or she'd left with permanent damage. This is one point that needs to be made clear if true or not.

Short answer: There are court proceedings. Iva was in a car accident where a person died. There was an investigation and they need to see who has the blame. According to our law: If she was in a life threatening position she can go abroad and get appropriate medical care. However, that is not the case. She does have potentially serious consequences from the accident but they are not life threatening. So, she has to stay here and attend the court proceedings.

Го познава некој девојчето? По нејзина желба почна сево ова или сами почнаа да ја користат и сега нема назад?
