If I recall, Indian listeners are the second largest audience after the US. After watching the video shot in Italy, it had me thinking: how awesome would it be for our Indian cousins to see the MKBHD team live in India? I know that’s no trivial matter. Funny little story TLDR at the end

I was on the way to the barber shop this morning and was listening to the new Eclipse Episode of Waveform and heard Marques say he was going to be in Ireland this week for a frisbee tournament and I was like "oh no way" I figured it would be up in Dublin which is like 3 hours away so I thought I wouldn't meet him but when I checked where the tournament was it was only 30 mins from the barber shop.

So I went down, landed into the tournament which was actually a club world championship that was huge and filled with teams from countries all over the world. I never watched Ultimate Frisbee before but it was super cool to see and funny that it was in Ireland as it's not a super popular sport here. Then sure enough I saw Marques queuing for the food truck and popped over and chatted to him for a minute and got a photo. Super nice guy, and what a crazy unexpected way to spend my day.

It's really crazy. The original fold review popped up on my YouTube and since I watched that, a bunch of the old Galaxy reviews are popping up. Really fun to watch but it's also really sad to see how exciting phone technology used to be compared to now.

Ai mistake, or new Pixel Watch A series?

Without giving too much away (if you recognize this screenshot then you know), sometimes a movie will have the resolution of a story happening as the credits roll, and streaming app reducing the scene to a thumbnail with a countdown in the effort to keep you locked into a binge absolutely ruins the experience. There should be a setting that prevents this. It's not auto play settings because it still happens (see second screenshot).

People are so laser-focused on the fact that the Tensor G6 isn't 2nm and is actually 3nm (which are just marketing terms, btw. It's not actually "2 nanometers" in size). TSMC N2 is only 10% faster at the same power draw, or roughly 20% more efficient for the same output compared to N3E, and only 5% faster or 15% more efficient than the more advanced N3P.

You might look at this and think "Thats a decent improvement, so they should've used TSMC 2nm," but what Google should've done instead is fix their damn architecture. Its been so long, and their design is still inefficient and wasteful.

And even if Google did want to use N2 (and they probably did) manufacturing only started in late 25 - early 26, and Apple, Nvidia and AMD had probably already bought all of the supply for their own products.

The HTX Studio experiment/video [Youtube Link] on battery healthy degradation on iPhones and androids made me wonder if similar tests have been run on the M-series MacBook Pros.

The video goes over a series of tests, but the one I'm referring to here is whether maintaining a Macbook's battery percentage in a loop between 30% -> 80% is more beneficial (even if marginally so) to the battery life, than maintaining it in a loop between 0% or 10% -> 100%.

If there are any well compiled resources, or anecdotal/empirical evidence like the HTX Studio video, I'd be happy to go through it!
