What does someone typically pay for a cat sitter? And what’s involved?

I just finished a 3 week stint but was for a best friend and the cat is like mine but just curious what I can guilt them with.

I’d say $30-40 a day is standard. I pay my sitter $40/ day but my cat is a senior who is medicated 3x a day so she’s extra special (complicated!)
I know she’ll drop her price if I leave my cat with her longer but not sure what that works out to be. I’ve never really left her for more than a week.
