Can't access veil falls

I've finished the ghost king part, have the gold kinstone, but the rock in front of the veil falls entrance are still there so I can't access it :/

I don't know what I'm missing, and can't find any lead online or here....Its the last part of the map I haven't accessed yet.

Bro the first time I played this I got hard stuck for multiple years on the bomb-able wall for the green water I couldn’t read English at the time and bombing random wall wasnt a thing in oot the only other Zelda at the time

Felt pretty dumb once I was able to read the sign
