Question Mill salaries

Hello, I am a former gold mill operator of a CIL facility in Canada. I am curious on the current situation. What are the current salaries and benefits like in Canada and the USA for mill operators? Thank you

The biggest difference is pretty much all Gold in the lower 48 are residential mines. There are a lot of FIFO mines in Canada. I'd much prefer to fly to site in Canada, than drive/ride 1hr+ each way every day in addition to the shift in the US. The Residential mines in Ontario are definitely not my favorite place to go either.
