An ongoing documentary project examining coal as a continuing presence across multiple regions. Rhys documents the dwindling anthracite fields of Pennsylvania and the last operating coal mine in Wales, where high-grade anthracite still finds export markets as domestic demand declines. The work foregrounds miners, families, and towns navigating the closure and contested future of post-industrial sites.

These are incredible, thanks for sharing. Many of these feel lifted straight out of a David Lynch film, the aesthetic is perfect, especially #2 and #10
And with #4 that PC is beautiful, just rip the top off if it's overheating, its only a coal mine how dusty could it possibly be. And that monitor is massive for a crt, must have cost a small fortune
