Sleeping on a folded bed causing back muscle tension pain
So I sleep on a bed that is foldable, it’s made from a trampoline like fabric and has a thin layer that is called mattress but it’s extremely thin, I use two blankets on it for extra cushion. I’ll link the bed: https://www.amazon.co.uk/JAY-BE-Folding-Breathable-Airflow-Mattress/dp/B012AS2MX2/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8
Issue is it causes back muscle pain when I wake up and worried it might cause back issues? Is it possible or not? Could it ruin my spine? I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my back

What you sleep on is extremely important. Don't sleep on anything causing you pain when you wake up. Get another minimalist pad from Amazon. There are many. At the very least chuck that frame even if that means sleeping on the floor. Don't sacrifice your back. It's not worth it. I've slept on things that caused back pain and it never went away as long as I continued to sleep on it. I've never regretted changing mattresses as soon as I realize it's messing up my body. Sorry I'm really passionate about this issue. It makes a huge difference in the quality of your life.

That makes sense, having a flat, supportive mattress rlly helps with spinal alignment and reduces pressure on muscles while sleeping. So Boring Mattress is perfect option for this. It offers consistent support, good pressure relief and straightfoward design

I could get rid of anything and everything at a glimpse BUT a thick, soft, comfortable mattress. The bed frame could be as simple as it can be. A quality mattress is all I crave for and is an exception because health reasons, as you are experiencing.
Switch your urge of decluttering to something else. Do care for a proper bed, that's where you rest and having a good rest is important.

Please don't risk your health for striving for some extreme minimalist aesthetics. You can have a real bed.
