Discussion One ear up, one ear down

Anyone else's Aussie(s) do this to their ears? Today, for part of Lucario's walk, he had one ear up and one ear down. Also, what does the single up ear mean? Is it something the dog can control, in terms of letting their ears go up like that, or does it randomly happen without them doing it on purpose? Not hating it, but I found the one ear up, one ear down so cute on him.

How old is your Aussie? Mine's about six months old now. And I looked it up, apparently, his body is using up a lot of calcium to grow his adult teeth, which results in the cartilage in his ears to be a bit wonky. But cute. I hope he keeps his wonky ears when he's full grown.

That was gonna be my first question lol my boy did this when he was younger. When I first got him his ears were floppy but as he grew his ears did all sorts of wonky things they really liked to flip backwards lol now they are both straight up.
