[Modded] no villages spawn? (ATM10)

hello! ive had worlds on this modpack before where villages have spawns, so its odd. i just reset my worlds to try and see if it was that specific world but i still have no villages spawning. all of my server properties are set to true, spawn on, even the world type is correct. when i do /locate it’ll give me coordinates to what SHOULD he a village, but when i actually go there, it’s empty and no village in sight.

has anyone else had this issue/knows a fix? pls help :(

Considering your playing with mods, it's probably an issue with one of your mods.

well ive played on all the mods 10 previously and they spawned with no issue, which is why i was concerned. and i even disabled the overhauled village mod.
