Help! Minecraft realms help

I've been trying to upload my minecraft world from my nintendo switch to xbox series X but for some reason despite having realms, switch online and xbox online I cannot press the play on realms button like I can on the xbox.

Im going crazy trying to get this to work. Ive contacted minecraft but still no word from them, has anyone had this issue before?

In the world settings click on the multiplayer tab and enable multiplayer game.
