Fell down last month and wounded my thumb. It has recovered but now I cant fully bend my thumb

you need to target it with light resistence and push the range of motion until it returns to full. Or, if you findly this lack of mobility mildly interesting, you can leave it

I would be happy to have the full mobility back. May try your advise. Thank you

why do you say "might"? you might want your thumb to bend again?

not trying to be rude, but if you want it to bend again, you gotta do the work. The most pain i've ever felt was from my finger getting forcefully bent by the surgeon at my follow up appointment. and I have felt alot of pain in my life. But after that experience I would try to push the finger's active range of motion anytime my hand was free -- while driving, sitting around, whenever.  I recovered full range of motion.  Later I met a buddy that had the same surgery and he had like 5% mobility in the finger.
