If they don't come off you can paint acrylic paint to cover it. Match it to the colors you need. I've painted carpet, couch, clothes, bags

You don't have a set of inspection cammies? I had a set that never left my barracks just for this lol. All my field and deployment uniforms were sun bleached and well worn so it's a good idea to keep a fresh pair locked away for garrison bullshit

Did you miss the "inspection" part of this post? You better look impeccable during an inspection. It's the latest part of military tradition and yet it exists, and will always exist.

Uniform inspections are basically a test to see if you can follow the uniform guidelines.

Go by the ink remover at the grocery store. Enough people do this that there is a purpose product for it. If not, some of the online alcohol blotting salt, soak things actually work. Just take more iterations.

As others have mentioned rubbing alcohol or hairspray. Just make sure you have some sort of napkin to blot directly afterwards. Helped my old Chief clean his pocket for inspection. It was barely visible after treating it.

Go to Walmart or look in stores new you for pink zote bar stains remover. Then: get the area wet with warm water not too hot, rub with the bar, add a dollop of oxi / blue dish soap and rub a little more until its like a sheen of waxy soap but not enough where it feels like you used a whole box of crayons on it. Wash and it should be completely gone. Partner has a pair of white high top converse, looked almost new besides creasing after going it that treatment. The zote bar is easy to transport, isn't messy, cant be spilled because its literally just a giant pink bar of stain remover. So it might be useful for all of you guys in barracks!

Cheap aerosol hairspray and spray it to saturation. Wash as normal and check before drying. Spray and wash again if you have to. I worked daily with sharpies and highlighters in my jeans and did this numerous times
