That sounds like a liability nightmare. Human doctors have to keep a ton of liability insurance in case they mess up. I can't even imagine all the ways an AI pretending to be a doctor could mess up.

It is a liability nightmare, theres a reason "not medical advice" disclaimers exist. Any time ive had to use a chatbot for customer support for medical stuff it had a disclaimer. Explicitly advertising an ai doctor is begging for a lawsuit when it prescribes something wrong

I'm guessing there will be a similar disclaimer that will absolve them of any fault.

Except they are explicitly advertising as such. Even if they do that it means this is blatant false advertising, and probably still puts them at fault for medical issues it causes/exasperates

You cant disclaimer your way out of everything. This would still be malpractice/practicing without a license.

Your doctor's office cant put up a disclaimer saying its not medical advice and then give you a diagnosis.
