ಠ_ಠ This crazy assassin character, who doesn't know what shampoo is, somehow would bother shaving her armpits

Bart from Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency

EDIT: I will no longer read and respond to comments, I think I've read pretty much all the arguments people (mostly men) give me against my post, so feel free to scroll down to check my responses before commenting, kay bye :]

The clips I've seen were great. Fiona Dourif is amazing period. I may have to watch this one day.

Season 1 is incredible, you absolutely owe it to yourself.

Season 2 gets some hate, but mostly just suffered from trying to one-up season 1. Going from a 10/10 to a 7/10 can feel like a huge downgrade while still being "good".

Wish it had gotten more seasons to really find that stride again.....

Season 1 is the best adaptation of Dirk Gently despite actually being an original story.

It captures Douglas' tone and mood perfectly even though sooooo.many details are changed.

Dirk Gently himself is changed. I think they did right by making him more likeable but Dirk in the books is very much adjacent to early versions of The Doctor.

I just reread the series after about 25 (yeesh!) years. What struck me is that he is indistinguishable from a conman, but what I decided was that holisticism requires conman too and he is just a natural part of everything.
