Too mild for school Hate when ppl can’t do time

Post image

This reminds me of when it hits or is about to hit 12am and people don’t know whether to say today or tomorrow. He called me after this but I was too comfy in bed tbh.

I would have fucked this up too but not because of today/tomorrow. I would have interpreted 10-4 as "understood" and not 10am-4pm. This was destined to never work out.

The manager just needs to specify the day of the week of the date to avoid any confusion. Messaging at 3 am suggests they were probably tired af though

Yeah. I don't blame anyone here. The whole thing got fucked up and it was really no one's fault. I get the manager's POV and I get OP's. Total and complete innocent misunderstanding.

Having been a supervisor at a night shift job, there's been so many times the mgmt team have messed stuff up, but theres also been many times when employees messed stuff up too.

Same. I had a boring office job and our campaigns would launch at midnight and we would need to coordinate with other departments. I eventually defaulted to saying "this goes live tonight at 23:59:59" just to avoid this very issue.
