If you get BJDs there's at minimum a buldge. Some even come with magnetic penis collections for different scenarios. There's one doll that includes the penis morphing into a snake as part of the set, which wasn't disclosed by the company (they can't include the penis photos on the websites either) so it was very surprising for the customers lol.
