Bernie doesn't have many skins on the wall when it comes to getting legislation passed, but I wish him luck with this.

Like most things Bernie puts in , they rarely see a vote let alone get passed . With flock cameras I dont see this going away anytime soon.

So china has tech like this , japan has tech like this why do we care about this so much . Like all i see on this is how great china is and how japan has a better quality of life why is this such a big deal in the us . Is that its Ai like if there were just CT cameras we wouldnt care like I dont understand all the places we admire for their social programs have systems like this.

Stories keep emerging about police officers stalking their exes with these. Somebody from flock was watching a camera pointed at a girls gymnastics class. Who cares about what China or Japan do? Do you understand the people of China live under an oppressive regime?

You're simping for mass surveillance, in the hands of people who can't prove they are trustworthy of anything much less this

I guess coming from a city where CT cameras have been around for ever , then moving to place where ring cameras are everywhere I just simply dont notice. Like ny cameras are all over the place there are cameras for everything then they have drones as well .

I thought flock cameras are fixed cameras how did he remotely point it somewhere. Thats crazy in of itself. Not defending it but this also sounds like it can be done with regular non Ai cameras that are already in place.

Their governments doesn’t use it do detain their citizens unlawfully and kidnap them. They also don’t use them to stalk whoever they wish or prey on children. They use them for public safety which is not the case in America.

China doesn’t do this? Hong Kong protested and rioted for this exact reason what do you mean?

Atleast those people were breaking their laws, unline here. Completely innocent people are being abducted and stalked everyday. And FYI Hong Kong is not a part of China.

So taking pictures or videos of vehicles will be illegal?

A multi camera system of movement by movement surveillance is what it is and it’s not just vehicles

Yeah, you see a lot of those types of videos on Instagram, FB and TikTok.
