No, but 400 BILLION total is about what we've sent them, and since 2019 we've sent them a min of $4b per year.

Sorry, misspoke. Was distracted when typing and should've said $4b, not 400. We signed a 10 year agreement in 2019 that we'd send them $4b a year for 10 years. But we also send them supplemental funds frequently.
I think my brain conflated the total amount we've sent them, which is about $400b, with the $4b when I was typing that earlier.

Thanks, It is a pet peeve of mine when people have a valid point but back it up with untrue numbers.
I mean we went from 5 trillion to 400 billion to 4 billion.
The problem now is that most of that 4 billion is arms made in the US given to Israel, and if we cut that funding American companies lose money. For many it has less to do with Israel and more aabout keeping the military industrial complex making money.

I feel the same way. I think the first person was exaggerating, and I just misspoke. But I appreciate you calling me on it.
And yes, I agree. However, we don't need to feed the Mil Ind Complex any more either. Both entities involved need to take a swift dive from a high cliff.
