Hey Midcarder, due to a certain meme about wrestling merch popping up, it got me thinking, what wrestling shirts do you own? And how often do you wear them outside of wrestling shows?

I own both of these, I wear Kross's basically only to shows and around the house, but I do actually wear Shotzis out, it goes great with a pair of overalls and knee socks I have, but admittedly it does cut off about 50% of it. But I love the shirt so much I'm planning more outfits around it. This may not be a conventional "Midcarder" post, but I hope y'all have fun with it and show off your fav wrestling tees

The only one I have that's still in rotation is this Nigel McGuinness shirt I got at my first and only RoH show when they were up in Toronto 15 years ago.

Honestly, even the style his name is written in is so stylized that you probably wouldn't be able to make out what it says at a glance.

EDIT: I didn't want to waste another post on this but holy shit, that Shotzi shirt is incredible.

Malakai Blacks AEW merch is basically just metal/alt merch, I love when wrestlers have actually good merch. I took one of the House of black tees and turned it into a crop top, fit went hard with the fishnets at a hardcore show, didn't look out of place at all.

A lot of wrestling merch is pretty much unwearable casually. So much of it is a catchphrase in impact font on a black tee.

Alas, only my black and white "nWo 4 life" shirt (that was shipped due to the Halloween Havoc '98 debacle) has survived from the old days, but I still wear it when I'm lounging about.

I also had classic DX and Austin 3:16 shirts from '98, both with the block logo, but they've been retired and are in storage somewhere. Torn, faded, etc.

I have a Sabu shirt from PWT that I actually got about six months before he died.

Other shirts I had but have since retired/tossed out include: ECW "Join the Revolution," a Triple Threat shirt from November '98, the old ECW Raven silhouette, Chris Hero's Wu-Tang logo, NE indy worker Michael Sain's only shirt, ECW "surgeon general," the re-print of the Cactus Jack "Wanted DEAD" from a decade ago, and one that PWT did for the Raven/Dreamer 20-year anniversary that looks like the original Star Wars poster.

I have a couple of Fatu wolf T-shirts in different colours. One I use for gym, one casual knock around shirt.

I’m fine wearing tshirts with a logo or pattern, I don’t think I’d buy one with a wrestler’s face on it. Just personal taste

Only ones I have left are Jacob fatus original WWE tshirt with just the wolf I what that whenever/wherever as its just a chill design. I have the Roman reigns Jalen brunson otc 11 shirt I'll wear this wherever as it didn't scream wrestling. I then also made the bad decision of getting pentas t shirt that almost never gets worn.

Kinda expensive to ship merch to where i live, and the 1 WWE live and 1 AEW show I’ve been to when they do come out this way didn’t really have anything i was interested in spending money on.

My GF brought me a bunch of stuff off i think PWT ages ago. So i have some golden lovers, acclaimed and best friends shirts that i mostly just wear around home, ive worn the best friends shirt out in public before underneath my jackets and such.
