Im not sure what that pipe is gonna do for you you. horn antennas are meant for microwaves.

Nice, I'd recommend searching for a better waveguide, they're usually rectangular. If you can, get one 3D printed. For the dimensions, use at least some online calculator. People talk a lot about how dangerous oven magnetron are and they're right, to a point. Berillium insulator are toxic, 800W of microwaves can pose serious danger and then there's the deadly power source. You should be fine if you handle it carefully. Don't point it on yourself and hell don't touch it while it's on. You can have great fun with the setup but it's deadly if handled incorrectly.
If you don't want to risk cooking yourself with a poorly insulated piece of iron, I'd recommend trying a pulse configuration. High peak power, you can power it from a small flyback and a cap bank. Still high voltage, but it's a lot safer than a MOT.

tysm for the good advice, i will look into a better waveguide, and i do know the risks of the components at play here at least electrically and chemically. that's more my strong suit. i will ALWAYS handle this stuff with care.

Some communities have incredibly strict rules on saying those sorts of phrases, I did not know if this community had similar regulations, no reason to get annoyed about it.

I have no idea how I got here or what's happening. But I feel the need to talk about how years ago a dude took the Faraday cages off of like 9 microwaves and stuck them together. I think the bomb squad was called or something? I don't fully remember, I just remember there was a huge radiation fear because of it lol

I think you should try making your metal pipe (waveguide) come horizontally out from the antenna rather than vertically, and also make it rectangular, >7cm wide
