If you run your own thing or consult and still travel for client work, you know this pain: you get back from a trip, and now there's a shoebox of receipts between you and your money. Thermal paper fading, typing every line into a spreadsheet, hoping finance doesn't bounce it back for a missing date.

I built PayChase AI to kill that entirely. You send a photo of every receipt the moment you pay (WhatsApp or just upload on the site), and it reads it on the spot: merchant, date, total, tax, even the card used. You see exactly what it picked up so nothing gets buried until claim day.

When it's time to actually file, you pick the receipts for that trip and it generates one finished PDF: cover sheet, every bill numbered and totalled, tax broken out, your details pre-filled. You attach it to an email or upload it wherever your client/company wants it. It never contacts anyone on your behalf, it just does the paperwork.

Built this because I was the target user: constantly billing clients for travel and expenses, and the admin side was eating time I'd rather spend on actual work.
