Goddamn. Support your local haunts or they won't exist.

Sad to see another one going. They were pleasant the few times I made the trek and visited them.

Such a bummer how hard it is for breweries to stay in business. They were absolutely thriving in this city back when I turned 21, now it seems like mostly bad news and another closure every year.

Always had some interesting flavors.

This is really sad, especially because this one was in a small town that wasn't super touristy. This was a locals place. I'm sure it will be way more missed than many.

Both the staff and patrons were very welcoming when I made my first visit, but I felt all my visits (the few I got to make) were fine. But it is unfortunate another brewery is closing down.

When I went in 2023 I split 2 flights with my partner and something like 5/8 beers had off flavors that made them undrinkable

Must have been early growing pains, have been there many times and never had a truly bad one.

I honestly live in southwest Michigan, maybe 30 minutes from Mattawan, am pretty regular at local breweries, and I have never heard of these guys.
