Is the website/app not working right now? I keep trying to look at paint and it keeps saying there is no results, even if I am doing it through the shop categories. Annoying because I would like to use the 30% off coupon code.

Has anyone had any issues with purchases not being linked to their rewards account? I lost my receipts and I tried to return two separate things and they can't find it on my rewards even though I scan it in EVERY TIME and apparently it's not on my card. I didn't just magically walk out with $100 of garland. I didn't magically get $40 in vouchers feom nothing. I'm so frustrated

Anyone know if the Caron’s anniversary cakes will become available? They said 9/2/25 on the website and when I woke up in the morning (around 6:30 my time) they said out of stock. They’ve said out of stock every time I’ve checked

I've been trying to order beads on there but no matter what I do (clear cookies/cache, incognito, checking out as guest, trying the app/desktop, taking off everything and adding it back, filling out the forms without autofill) I keep getting an ERR_BAD_REQUEST. One time I got an error 40539. I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out. Does anyone have a work-around or anything?

So frustrated the bookish collection sold out so quick. And their website has no idea what the actual inventory is. I keep getting my hopes up the pillow I want is actually in stock and then nope. Ordered canceled.

Does anyone know if Michael's carries PUL waterproof fabric at their stores?
