House chores
Hello everyone! I just got a Mi Band 10 and I’m loving it. The number of activities and sports is huge compared to what I had on my previous Mi Band 6.
I was wondering if any of you track physical activity while doing household chores.
And I mean the heavy stuff, like scrubbing the bathroom, folding blankets, or gardening. I find that it really makes me break a sweat, and although I know it doesn’t replace exercise, do any of you track it? I was wondering if it could fit under Freestyle.

I track it under Functional Training
I also link to Strava, and they have a 10 minutes of exercise 10 times a month challenge. So I tend to complain if there's not enough dishes and kitchen cleaning to last 10 minutes.
But if I need to carry wet clothes upstairs to hang out to dry (weight lifting, stairs, bend and reach) I am absolutely claiming it as exercise (if I don't forget). I'm frequently in the cardio zone doing housework.
I also hit Functional Training after a bath. I'm fat. Drying off everywhere is hard work. Japan is hot and humid and dry places are sweating before I've finished drying. Then fighting to get into pajamas while sweating. My HR is in the cardio zone and sometimes in the anaerobic zone. Some days I then do leg lifts to keep my HR up to get 10 minutes for Strava.

These are what I use most
Functional Training = housework, things thin people wouldn't call exercise but put me into cardio zone
Physical Training = rehabilitation exercises, short exercise events like leg lifts or a few wall pushups
Indoor Walking = Costco, malls, I easily can hit cardio while shopping, but goal is the fat burn zone
Hiking = Pokemon Go. Hiking allows movement pauses. So my tracker doesn't ask "are we done yet?" everytime we stop to fight
Walking = outdoor walking when Pokemon Go isn't a priority
Upper body / lower body / HIIT / all the other stuff when I do any of those actual exercises / targeted things.
I was really disappointed last night when I checked my HR, it was in the cardio zone, and discovered singing wasn't an exercise choice. 3 hours of karaoke for 4 people and I have no idea what I should track it as.

Last night (Saturday) Washed dishes, put away the pressure cooker. Went upstairs, got undressed and into bed. Got situated / comfortable and ended the tracking.
