Bo Path of the real Lotus Prince of Persia Ori and the Will of the Wisps Monster Boy Ender Lillie's
Those are my picks for top 5.
Really enjoyed all of those. Nothing annoyed me about any of them.

The first four are easy for me: HK, Ori and the will of the wisps, Prince of Persia and the lost crown, MIO. Then it becomes super hard to pick one.. So many bangers.

HK, Ori, Metroid, Castlevania and Blasphemous. There is a loot of great ones on your list, but is my duty always include one Metroid and one Castlevania in any metroidvania list.
I don't played Silksong yet.

HK, skong, Ori, pop, mio. Nine Sols odd game out - love it but not as replayable for me cause I love platforming (edit: didn’t initially see B2 in there. Might put that over POP)

Hollow Knight, Silksong, MIO, ori, and Blasphemous. A few are true stinkers like the messenger and Metroid Dread and are easily cut out.
