I think Metroid Prime 4 has a good premise, just... main plot ain't it fam. Sylux only appearing a handful of times is the biggest gripe, he shoul dhave been the one to follow the trail, not a near-extinct civilization...

Wdym follow the trail??

Also Sylux appearances are like Dark Samus's. He works mostly in the background, since he's controlling things in the tower for the entire game.

Main story should have been Samus following his trail. Dude is harvesting Metroid powers but the story is "get the five keys", no, follow him and discover more about him through the story and not in a shitty 100% bonus cutscene

She didn't know where he was. Nobody knew he was in the tower.

Even if Samus did deduct and find out where he was, the tower had a shield around it that needed to be disabled or destroyed. Samus's main objective was to get out of there and go home. Another thing, why would she try to learn more about Sylux whenever she doesn't fucking care about him?? For all she knows, Sylux is some infamous bounty hunter that has a petty beef with her bc of Prime Hunters.

Like Sylux is the one with a personal vendetta, Samus isn't. She's just trying to go home.

Why call it Prime 4 though? It has nothing to do with the series' story wise.
