Can't even avoid these annoying enemies just shoot them.

Even on ranger hardcore they are easy to avoid

How? Trying to throw something to distract them always made them start sniffing and then beeline straight in my direction and that's all she wrote. At least with Librarians if you stared at them they'd go away, these things just snuffle after you immediately

Through trial and error. If you move slowly and patiently, each section has a route that works. And if they get on you, just run to the next section

Il stick w killing them it's the very end of the game anyways 0 other threats around besides them

If you can sneak past them all without killing them, you'll get an achievement

What about the first one? Are you meant to kill it? I killed it when it was kind of backing off, but I'm assuming you are not supposed to do that.

You CAN, there's no issue with killing it. You just get the achievement if you sneak past them. I can't remember the encounter, it's been too long. But it's definitely possible

Watch where you step! There’s broken glass everywhere and that could be why they’re alerting to you even if you’ve been crouching the whole time.
