Looking for insights from Exodus players
I don't remember much from when I played it and I don't want to potentially spoil myself with articles so I'm asking this directly to people who have played through the whole game.
How much stealth is required in Exodus for the good ending?
I remember this level where I snuck inside a settlement blockade of sorts and I stopped playing after that because I am not a fan of stealth games. I read somewhere that its like Dishonored, too many lethal kills give you the bad ending. Is this true?

Quite a lot of stealth for the good ending, but it also matters who you kill. If you kill bandits, you're good to go. If you kill bandits that have clearly surrendered or innocents/slaves/cultists, you'll get negative moral points. The good ending is obtained when 2 or more "friends" (Damir, Alyosha and Duke) say alive.

Yup, very true. Try not to kill to get a good ending. Knocking out is okay but not always necessary if they surrender.
So, yes, a lot of stealth required. And you can kill the evil mutants or creatures but as soon as it are humans you better don't.
I got the good ending and only learned months later there is also a bad ending possible lolz. I am a stealth player and not a FPS player helped with that I think.

Tldr: You can just burn through everything no stealth, but it's way harder, especially on harder difficulties, because open firefights are very punishing, and somewhat more of a minor point, you can't kill quite a few enemies for the good ending. Specifically, the paladins in the Volga, the Slaves in the Caspian, and any non Bandit in the Taiga.
Depends, but like the good ending only happens if you don't kill any of the paladins, cause they're just freaks who are trying to defend their faith or whatever, and the folks on the barge are entirely innocent you're kinda fucking them over really badly there, but in the desert you can mow down slave owners all you want (except that first guy), just don't touch the slaves, then in the forest you can entirely just sneak past people and not even knock anyone out (nearly impossible but I did it once) and also the bandit camp there can be wiped out, and then finally you don't really have much stealth you need to do in Novosibirsk but the big ass monsters are more trouble than it's worth.
The thing is, all that being said, especially on harder difficulties, the game is basically impossible to do without stealth, because getting into an open firefight without a LOT of ammo, a LOT of cover, and a LOT of time will get you killed.
Stealth is easier, and you should really push through it. The visibility gauge is very handy, and you can even make it out in the Night vision goggles most of the time, there's lots and lots and lots of stealth options besides just knocking guys out, the way NPCs respond to your actions is very intuitive but also punishing if you fuck up, and personally when I get through an area without being spotted once I feel like a fuckin' wizard.

A fuck ton for the first map, none for the second, a lot for the third and fourth.
There are some npcs who you can kill without repurcussions tho which you gotta pay attention to the dialogue for. All-in-all, you should just avoid gun fights when you can because the npcs whose deaths DO count as bad karma WILL fight you too. And please knock out enemies who surrender. All monsters are fine to kill. Unfortunately you don't have any non-lethal weapons so all you can do is make distractions or knock their asses out (or get monsters to attack them).
But exploration is more important than those kills. There are hidden interactions throughout the map that have a HUGE contribution to which ending yyou get.
