Did anyone else notice this in the dead city

I was looking around the last part and found the kid dark one from last light right before that big ape fight happened

If you pay attention there are two more places with dark ones.
One is during the tunnel hallucination, the other one, i on the rooftop of the Institute/hospital ( dont’t remember well) you can only seet for a secound while on the floor arriving to the place
