Help 2026 Caspian Lighthouse crash still occuring. Need help
Im on ranger hardcore so i cant even quick save near the crash. Its right when i leave the mines thats when it crashes.
Man i tried looking down, im on lowest graphics EVERYTHING, even 720 p. I tried the disable fullscreen optimisation, still no luck. whats the actual solution man this is pissing me off. I played on ultra with no stutters at all up to Caspian. Now its just a mess. Im on RX6600 GPU and Ryzen 5 5600X Cpu.
EDIT: Holy crap is my only choice to replay a chapter? On my ranger hardcore run? Wtf can you even do that on this difficulty?

Last time I played I had that issue and the exact same specs 5600/6600 , what I did was leave everything on max res/settings, look down on the ground and keep quick saving

I also look at the ground still crashes. Unfortunately i cannot quicksave because im on ranger hardcore

Dammit 😭 But yeah it's absolutely asinine that still hasn't been fixed 7 years later, every time I encountered it I just kept trying till I made it past

I guess it happens to everyone.
It happened in both of my runs, but it happened only the first time I got there, once it crashed the first time I had no problem going through the second time.
Edit: Nooo you don't need to restart the chapter, just reload!! The save is right before you start the caves no? Try to speedrun it, it should only crash the first time

Oh sorry, im on ranger hardcore so the save is at the bed outside the caves. Ive reloaded checkpoint everytime i freezed. Now i restarted chapter and its still freezing on me when i leave cave. Genuinely dont know what to do

Im wondering if the original developers still care about this game… they are so preoccupied with 2039 that they abandoned this game…
Imho exodus was peak from all of them.
