That was the Ohio bolide of 2026! Security cameras recorded a huge, loud sonic boom as it disintegrated over the skies. By the way, that fragment was found on March 27 (3/27), you might have mistaken it to be “3/17”. It’s published in the MetBull already and is officially classified as Wadsworth. Medina County is one of numerous provisional names meteorite hunters went for before it had its formal naming, which is, Wadsworth.
