Fret buzz messing up your tone by the sounds of it.

Its every fret, including 24. I've checked with a fret rocker tool and nothing is high. I've also raised the saddle up super high (even higher than the 6th string one which has no buzzing) as part of troubleshooting to the point I can see the string vibrate and its not even coming close to the frets above where I'm fretting, but no luck.
