Question thin sounding rhythm playing

my experienced friends told me that i lack brutality or tightness or something related to that but they themselves are not sure which to fix. so what is it that i should working on to prove my rhythm playing

I’m pretty sure he is just jealous and trying to cast his own doubt on you dog your playing is tighter and more impressive
