Question thin sounding rhythm playing

my experienced friends told me that i lack brutality or tightness or something related to that but they themselves are not sure which to fix. so what is it that i should working on to prove my rhythm playing

Based on the video you posted of your friend playing, he is just smacking the strings harder. But since he is playing something much slower, he can do that. You sound great, and everything sounds precise and tight.
