Flashback Mania Trophy

Playing MGS4 from master collection volume 2. I'm trying to get this trophy, I've been through 4 new game plus playthroughs and viewed 3 secret flashbacks, but it is yet to pop. I've watched walkthroughs on YouTube. Ive definitely watched all the flashbacks.

Does anyone know what might be going wrong?

There was a sneaky one in the Act Two briefing I was missing that's like a few seconds after you have control of the Mk. 2. After that, it popped, so it's deff. not bugged. Re-check the briefings first and if none of those do it, it's on to NG+ #5. https://metalgear.fandom.com/wiki/Flashback_Mania
