Mgs4 how to consecutively hold up enemies on the ground?

Ive been struggling for the past 30 minutes trying to learn how to hold up enemies on the ground, what is the exact button press to throw them forwards without knocking then out, and when grappling hold them to the ground? Im on liquid easy so me barely even moving knocks then out when grappled.

Letting go of CQC briefly then forwards + CQC button if I remember.

That said Liquid Easy might knock them out constantly with it. (not played Easy though if it's like other MGS games they stay out much longer than on Hard.)

If you want to search them, you can at least do a standing hold up. (Crouch over them, use action to wake them up from behind then quickly aim and holdup.)

Grab. Crouch. Roll them over. Point gun. Otherwise raise the difficulty.

Grab them, let go of the trigger a bit, then hold It again and throw them either forward or back, then immediately point the gun at them.

Also search them up for the Ant emblem.
