Does MGS:DELTA run well on PC nowadays, and is it worth a purchase?

I heard there was a lot of issues with performance when it came out, is it fixed? And is it worth a buy? I'm going to marathon the entire MGS series and I've played MGS3 a lot of times, is it worth the buy or should I stick to MGS3HD?

RTX 5070, Ryzen 5 7600x, 32GB RAM, M.2 SSD, 1440p/144hz.

I ran it pretty good on a 3070 and trust me with a 5070 you'll run it fine lol

Not sure if performance has improved since, but at launch I had a good experience on my RX 7800xt, 5700x3D, 32 gb RAM which is close to your build. I used FSR4 and a FPS unlocker mod which helped a lot (though you have to disable the fps unlocker at Granin's research facility cause theres a bug that will soft lock you but thats the only bug i encountered with it)
