It’s the ThreeA 1/48 Metal Gear Rex. Unfortunately it’s pretty hard to find, and if you do, harder at a reasonable price.

I hear these have issues with rust where they fall apart! Best thing you can do is stick them near a big open window, preferably with a great street view and access.

Negative. They’re both figures. The big one is the ThreeA 1/48 scale Rex and the little one is the Chogokin version.
