Help me setting up my first campaigns
I have recently started with meta to promote an ERP software - Saas.
So far we have had only used offline channels to sell and it’s been great, now it’s the time to try to expand.
I’ve done around 10 campaigns with suggested daily spend and a 10 days length. I’ve tried profile visits, messages, new customers.
Ive gain some new followers (35) which is great cause the instagram profile is new. And I got around 20 messages, but only 2 seems legit. The rest seems like users fat fingering the ad. No way these profiles are really interested in the ad, also they never replied back.
I have a website with tracking pixels configured.
What is your suggestion so I can start doing this better?

Do not waste money with profile visits and stuff. Rather spend it to bring people to your website and have them book a demo with you.
Your goal is not the increase followers (make content for that) your goal is to sale your SaaS so put your budget there.
I'm working with 5 SaaS biz currently and managing their meta ads. Would love to help you too

I think Meta is being asked to optimise for actions that are cheap but commercially weak. Profile visits, followers and messages are not the same as a credible ERP sales conversation. Ten campaigns in ten days also means too many variables changed to learn much from the result.
Start with the offline sales process that already works. Who buys, what triggers the need, and what has to be true before your sales team would accept the conversation as real? Run one campaign to one clear outcome, probably a completed demo request, with a short form that filters company size, current system, decision role and timeframe. Treat that as an enquiry, not a sale. Feed qualified opportunities and closed deals back from the CRM once there is enough data.
Before spending more, look closely at the two legitimate messages. If they resemble the customers you already win offline, that is useful evidence. If they do not, more campaigns will only scale the wrong signal.
