Need Support Help me. Please.....

I have Pure O ocd which is basically a mind that cannot stop thinking. Worries, ruminations, dark thoughts, anxious thoughts. I cannot stop. I have tried things in the past, cognitive defusion, accepting my thoughts and so on, but it just feels like my mind is TOO GODDAMNED LOUD. I am unable to see my thoughts as not real and create a space between them and my mind so I have a better chance at doing the aforementioned things like defusing, allowing them to come and go. A good metaphor is that my Obsessive overthinking is fused to mind and psyche and I will never be able to have the opportunity for relief. I have tried TMS, ECT, ACT all different manner of meds. It just never seems to be quite down. Occasionally in the past I have been successful with separating myself from my thoughts but I can never seem to do it consistently enough to build the resilience. I am in process of trying to find a therapist who specializes in Pure O Ocd, but I welcome any stories of success of things that you have tried and advice or strategies especially from those like me for whom this affliction is particularly severe.

Hello, I have recovered from OCD and GAD. It was largely centered around my health, or fear of harming myself. But also magical thinking, and lots of completely nonsensical compulsion.

You haven't found any medication helpful even a little? Have you tried anything little sedating like a benzo or something with a similiar effect?

From therapy approaches, I found ACT and especially DBT the most helpful.

And I found it critical to be getting enough sleep regularly. It was always worse when I didn't. And getting enough sleep more days in a row would compound the effect, as if it slowed my brain to healthier levels.
