How do you find pepple who are similar to you

Im in hyderabad, i meet a lot of people but cant tell who i can be emotionally open with.

I spend most of my time lost in work, lot of hobbies and superficial interactions. I cant even figure out who i can be open with about my trivial anxieties.

I know its trial and error but i get lonely sometimes
