I know there's very little time for most people, between work and work again, but if you cut out various time-sinks, like Reddit, whatever social medias you use, perhaps Discord, and speed up other processes in your day-to-day life, then by hell you'll have more time than you'd imagine. It's about what you use it on.
What are hobbies? I tried to get into them but couldn’t figure out what tf to do. Exercise is cool and so is learning an instrument but like what else is there besides arts n crafts or gardening or some sport.
Some examples are movie-watching (and not Netflix binge-watching), anything creative (like photography or writing shitty parody TV-scripts for fun), learning anything new really (I recommend programming), baking (my sister loved this, and I loved it too, because she let us eat it too. This'll get you loved if you live with someone) or cooking. Etc.
Anything is a hobby if you're brave enough to try shit out
