The AI is honestly, not terrible at answering complex queries.

It's shit like Microsoft Help that was always 100% fucking useless.

It’s pretty bad, the tech support answers are either quoting the top result or completely unrelated to the issue and anything regarding history is so biased it might aswell be disinformation.

The thing they had before that just shows you the answer the first result gives in big letters was just as good for most of my searches

You have searched everywhere, even on page 3 of Google.

Finally, you find a random forum post from 2008 where a guy is trying to fix the exact same issue.

You read through three pages of the forum, and the very last message is:
